We bill our clients based on how much time we spend on their projects, why should it be different for our people? All employees receive a quarterly calculated bonus based on how many hours they work above and beyond their standard time.
We have RVW people in 10 states. We have the tools and processes in place to support you, no matter where you are. We wanted to build something that would allow anyone who wanted to join us to do so, even if they lived in their RV for a few months a year.
We offer: health insurance; 401k; yearly bonus; yearly 401k bonus even if you decide to not set any of your own money aside and a device stipend when you start and every other year after that. We keep things simple by identifying primary people who are responsible for helping you get everything you're entitled to.
Every year, depending on where you are on the certification path, you'll receive paid training and certification testing for the next level. And once you max out your certifications, we'll use that money to send you to the yearly SFCC XChange Conference. Assuming you want to go.
Other companies offer remote positions, that's nothing new. The difference here is that everyone at RVW is remote, so we stack our teams with helpful, great communicators. Also we fly and set up the entire company once a year somewhere fun, so we can all hang out for a few days. We were in Napa last year, who knows this year?
