For the Boot Barn project, we were able to mitigate disaster of a performance challenged site by gathering together several members of our company to tackle specific areas of the audit based on their experience with other projects. The team was quickly able to identify target areas for improvement. We spent two weeks reviewing the code, analytics, logs, and processes for adherence to best practices. The Red Van team had a plan, and a team poised to remedy the issues found. The team was able to garner substantial performance improvements across the critical areas of the site.
